The Strait Regional School Board is a rural school board located in northeastern Nova Scotia. With a geographic area of approximately 11,000 square kilometers, it governs 25 schools in the areas of Antigonish and Guysborough counties on the mainland, and Inverness and Richmond counties on Cape Breton Island.
