In keeping with a commitment to providing an excellent education and homestay environment to international students, the NSISP supports the concept of school-to-school exchanges between schools in Nova Scotia and partner countries. We encourage our students to leave the province to expand their understanding of other countries and cultures and return with a broader awareness of our place in the world: socially, culturally, politically, and academically. These two-week exchanges happen in many communities in Nova Scotia each year and allow all students in a school to share their language and culture with a group of in-coming international students.
